Repackify sells used industrial packaging by the truckload from sellers across the United States. Every listing that is for sale is either a buy-now listing you can pay for online or a quote listing where we price the load for you, and the listing page tells you which before you commit to anything. The same index also carries recycling listings, where a generator is paying to have material taken away; those run the pickup flow in recycling pickups instead.
1. Find the listing
Start at all listings or pick a product on the category pages. A category page is a load builder: it reads the quantity and specs from the address bar, so a link someone sends you opens with their selection already filled in. Signed in, the same search lives at Browse in your dashboard.
Every listing states a product type, a condition grade, a quantity in stock and a pickup location. Grades are defined per product in Grades and conditions; the listing’s own photos and the seller’s documents sit below the description.
2. Read the listing page
The page has two columns: the photo gallery on the left and a rail on the right with the buy box, description and specifications. Volume price breaks and the seller’s documents are below both. The buy box is where the listing tells you how it sells.

The mode is worked out live from the listing’s price, stock and settings every time the page loads, so it is never stale. You need an account to start either action: the buy box shows why it is withheld and the one thing that lifts it.
3. Set the quantity and the loads
- The quantity stepper starts at one full truck when the seller has published a truck capacity, and lets you take the whole sellable stock for a multi-truck order.
- Each load must clear the seller’s checkout minimum on its own. An order that cannot be split into whole loads, or that needs more than ten loads, is handed to a quote instead of checkout.
- A quantity below the checkout minimum is not a dead end: the same controls hand it into an availability request with your quantity, preferred date and address already filled in.
- Delivery is requested per load: a delivery window no earlier than the seller’s lead time and an address, with your saved warehouses offered first.
4. Pay, or get the quote
Buy-now listings go through the cart and checkout, where every scheduled truckload is paid in one transaction. Quote listings go through the quote request; the quote comes back by email with the delivered price and a PDF.
5. Delivery
Once an order exists, pickup and delivery are scheduled on the order itself: the seller proposes a pickup date, you accept or ask for another, and each leg gets a calendar invite when its date is set. See Freight and delivery.
Before you buy
- Match the grade to the job, not to the photo. Pallet grades explains what each grade is good for.
- Count the truck. Freight and loading gives units per trailer by product; the calculator gives the exact figure for your truck.
- Prices on listings are the seller’s price at their dock. Freight is priced per load at quote or checkout and shown before you pay.
